What if a Session is Full?
As spaces are limited, occasionally a social session may be full. You can join the waitlist and we will let you know if a space opens up. Sometimes if demand is high enough, we may book additional courts to run a larger session.
You can purchase a waitlist ticket on the event, for free and also see how many other people have signed up.
Changed Your Mind?
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that life gets in the way, and if you are no longer able to make a session please let us know using our cancellation form. Any cancellations made in advance of 24 hours of the session date will be fully refunded. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after this period, as we may not be able to re-book your space for another player.
