We understand circumstances change and you may no longer be able to attend a session that you have booked onto. You can cancel your attendance from the 'My Account' area, or use the cancellation form below.

Refunds policy
Cancellations made in advance of 24 hours from the session date you have booked onto are eligible for a full refund, subject to platform processing fees which we are charged by our payment platform provider. This is 5.9% for PayPal payments; and 3.5% for all other payments.

Simply fill out the form below and we will aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any cancellations within 24 hours of the session date.

Alternatively, we can roll-forward your ticket to a future session (subject to availability).
If you would prefer this, just let us know via email, however, please note that the same 24 hour notice period applies.
