Terms and conditions: players agree that upon registering their entry for The Gayvis Cup 2026, subject to successful payment and confirmation, any subsequent withdrawal or absence from the tournament will not be eligible for any reimbursement for any out of pocket expenses which the player may have incurred. Entry fees will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances subject to agreement and confirmation by Northern Aces Tennis Club. In such instances, refunds will be subject to any service, transaction or platform fees incurred by Northern Aces Tennis Club.
