our venues
Northern Aces is a nomad club using different venues depending on availability. Manchester Tennis & Football Centre is our primary home for social sessions and home to our Women's Team. We do occasional outdoor Socials at Fallowfield Tennis Club, and Urmston Sports Club is home to our Men's Teams. Urmston allows our members affiliated membership. We also use other venues for some events, such as The Northern and David Lloyd Manchester.
Manchester Tennis & Football Centre
INDOOR
Manchester Indoor Tennis Centre, Alan Turing Way (Gate 2), Sportcity, Manchester M11 3FF.
Travel by bus: Take the 216, 217, 231, 236, 237 from Piccadilly Gardens (Stand D) to City of Manchester Stadium (Rowsley Street stop). Journey time is around 10 - 15 minutes.
Walk into The City of Manchester stadium, keep the football stadium on your right, and the athletics stadium on your left. Then keep the squash centre to your left and the football stadium behind you, until you see a bridge which crosses a tramline and a canal. Cross over the bridge, and you will see the tennis centre on your left.
Travel by tram: From Manchester city centre (Piccadilly Tram Station), take an Ashton-bound tram to the Eithad Campus stop. Walk away from the Manchester City football stadium, over the canal bridge, and you will see the tennis centre on your left.

Travel by train:
Urmston train station is only a 10 minute train journey from Manchester city centre (from Manchester Oxford Rd), then 10 minute walk to tennis club.
Travel by car:
The venue is located 5 minutes off Junction 10 of the M60. Simply follow the signs for Trafford General Hospital until you arrive at the T-junction on Moorside road. The tennis club is then facing you.
