Northern Aces Tournaments

Northern Aces members can benefit by participating in internal Group tournaments and other international GLTB tennis tournaments.

NA tournaments include a singles tournament each spring, a doubles tournament each December and an international tournament each summer.  This years tournament schedule is listed below.

Spring Singles Tournament 2012 - Entry now open

Northern Aces' annual singles tournament is now confirmed for Sat 14 and Sun 15 April 2012. To enter online click the link: SPRINGLES 2012

The exact format will depend on entries and will be emailed prior to the tournament, but will be broadly in line with last year's, where we were able to guarantee everyone a minimum of 6 matches. 

Two days of excellent tennis for just £30 (£40 for non-members) is not to be missed! Sign up now.... entry will close on Friday 6 April. 
Please note: The maximum number of entries is 40, with priority given to members, and then the date of registration, in the event of over-subscription.

Springles (NA internal singles tournament), 2-3 April 2011

Castlesands LGBT Sports Day and Social, Saturday 21 May 2011. NA fielded two teams and won!

Manchester Pride Games 2011, 4-12 June 2011. NA organised an American Tournament as part of this great event on Saturday 11 June 2011.

NA members are encouraged to participate in other tournaments. There is usually at least one GLBT tennis tournament somewhere in Europe each month. These provide a great opportunity to travel, meet people from other countries and of course play some great tennis.
