Northern Aces Committee
A Committee of members who are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) manages Northern Aces. The Committee comprises up to 9 people, including the administrative officials.
The Committee meets approximately every six weeks and considers all aspects of the Group’s operation. A summary of the main points arising from each Committee Meeting is circulated to all Group members by email shortly after each meeting.
The Group Secretary is responsible for all formal communication with members. An appointed Committee member oversees arrangements for Saturday play, notifying players of court times, and liaising with Session Organisers and Assistants, to ensure that the sessions run smoothly.
