- Thu 15 Sep 2011. Welcome reception and tournament check-in at Taurus bar and restaurant, downstairs in the Lounge, from 18.30 - 22.30. A complimentary first drink will be provided.
- Sat 17 Sep 2011. Tournament mix and mingle buffet at Taurus bar and restaurant. The buffet will be served downstairs in the Lounge between 20.30 and 22.30 to allow those players who have early evening matches on the Saturday to still partake of the meal. The dining space on the ground floor has been reserved for tournament players and their guests to allow for easier mingling.
